Guys me and my Brother again

This was some realy nice tops from two of the mature 4`s we dug today.These two hollers from yesterday and today lay within 30 minutes walk of eatch other and it takes us about 1 hour to get to the 1st one and 1 1/2 hour to get to the secong one.There are loads of small seng that we left and plentyful seed planted in about 3 to 4 years that will be good again.

3 Lbs 6 Oz`s today or 54 ounces and some very very good roots again.When I find these kind of roots guys I have always believed that it is a good rule of thumb ( I also teach the boys this ) to leave all small 3 prongs all two prongs and a few nice 15 20 year bunches as well for good natural seeding on the years you take off,Im telling you it works for us,but it is possible to loose it to others if they can find it,but thats ginsenging......

Nice roots! I have never seen Tops that BIG! Their like small trees! You are Blessed to have Seng like that.

classicfur - Thanks and we are sure blessed.The soil in this Mountian is a ritch black soil and on the Northern slopes in some of the areas it is soft enough to dig a root by hand.I love this Mountian side and the hunt`s there and hope to make it back in there another time maybe around 2014 I hope.
