hibilly i know you hated to sell for 300 but when it comes to bills you have to do what it takes ,sure we all love hunting but we all want the money to that can come from it so dont frat over it ,just get out and take care of the places you hunt and use common sence when you dig and it will always be there for you when you need it happy hunting hillbilly
We got offered $320 a Lb. in northern middle Tn. if we would through in some
1 - oz roots in each Lb.
We turned it down.
May be sorry later.The Chinese stock market has taken some hard hits this week.
Only found 1/2 lb. this evening after work.
Most of it was dead. Some of it we just found the stem next to a yellow plant.
What makes that ?
We found some 10 miles away the other evening that had green berries.
Same kind of timber all facing north.
I'm paying $100/# for top notch wild NC ginseng as our season just opened yesterday. Let me know if you have in-tact (with feeder roots and neck) clean bulby roots with good character and that are well ringed.
I'm picky and want the best but don't mind paying for it either....
