TOPIC: Ginseng Bed Pics

Here are some of my favorite ginseng planting bed pics from the past couple years. This time of the year is typically slow on the forum so I thought I would post some of these for you guys that are out there planting now, as well as anyone else interested in seeing them. I have posted them in the past but put them all on one tread. I have more and if I can find them I will post them. Add your pics too if you want.

Those are nice looking beds. How long are your rows for the most part and how much space do you think you have planted now.? Good luck with them.

Hugh, It's hard to say exactly. Some of these rows are 200 feet long or more and some are less. Some are 5 foot wide and some rows are 8 to 10 foot wide. I have planted around 50 lbs or more. I try to plant 1 lb per 1600 square foot or so. I have many spots that I planted that are large and many that are small here and there. I wish I would have taken pics of all of the planting beds in the last 3 years.
Not too sure of what kind of ginseng farmer I will turn out to be, but I know I am one heck of a leaf raker.
