TOPIC: Ohio Seng Season 2010

Went out with my buddy Shad today. We did a lot of walking, but really only got into one good patch. We did find a couple other scattered plants, but never got into it good like I was hoping. We ended up digging 30 bunches and had right at 9 ounces. Everything in the area he took me today was still real green, and most of the plants still held red berries. This area got some decent rain 2 weeks ago and right here around home hasn't got any measurable rainfall in over a month. I only took a few pics, but I believe that we dug 6 four prong plants today.

Billy, sorry to hear that your down. Hopefully you'll have a speedy return to the seng woods. I got to go for just a little while this afternoon. I didn't find a lot of plants, but dug a couple of real nice ones. I got lucky and found a real nice four with a great pod of 28 berries. Hope you enjoy these pics.
