That is sure one good eatin fish right there. Hard to beat a crappie.

I have not been to a lake fishing all year this year... only to a creek where I wade, and a small river where I kayak (no crappies there) but plenty of small mouth, large mouth and black perch.

I would love to have a good mess of crappie.

Going to a local restaurant this evening for a catfish dinner... that will have to do for now.
