we got lucky ,I killed a 10 pointer and a doe and the stepson killed a 6 pointer all in the same morning.

the grand son ,step son and me..the old martin still shoots pretty good..

Nice looking 10 chief!!! I just filled my buck tag this afternoon. (last day of gun season here in Ohio) Never saw any thing real big this year. Spent a lot of time in the woods this year. Happy New Year guys! I went out squirrel hunting on new years day with my cousin and his mountain cur dog. It wasn't ideal conditions, but we managed to shoot one of the fattest fox squirrels I've ever seen. Not sure that this pic does it justice, but had to share a photo of it. That is my size 11 hunting boot next to it.

good little dogs them Mt.Curs..have owned a few ,good for coon at night too..way to go 5....killed a yote Monday with the stick and string.. ..then thursday took a doe for the freezer... ...had fried catfish for supper last night for supper....life is good...
