Way to go Billy big find is that all you find is big seng. I believe your eyes are bad and all you can see are large plants. Just joking way to go Billy I am going to try and go Friday to a new spot i got permission to go on. My wife her papaw use to dig on his farm back in the seventies. Supposedly no one has been in their since he has. He always practiced good stewardship so i am really excited about going their.
I like that it did seem my eyes where sure doing thefre best to draw in the bigens today lol...
Wow that sounds like an awsome place you are going to,especialy seeing he pratised good stewardship, that means every thing.
A good example is this dig today I made - I have dug this holler for years the best I have dug in there before today was around 18 ounces,,so good stewerdship gained me weight instead of taking from me....
If no one has gotten in there on you all,im sure there will be some great seng there.I can not wait to see how that gos be sure to post on that trip hillbily.Even the 2 prongs would be mature 4 prongs since the 70`s,awsome
I wish you & the wife the very best of Luck on this trip.
17 & 18 ounces is great hauls especialy in 4 hours as well..
I was in there around 6 1/2 to 7 hours today. It is a big big holler and has 2 forks at the center to the right, and left side that run near football field it takes all day on this hunt.
