TOPIC: Where to buy good quality seeds, at a cheaper price?

Does anyone know where to buy good quality seeds at a cheap price, or a good price, or does anyone have any contacts?

Contact Harding's Ginseng and talk to Larry. And you can look up Hardwood ginseng and talk to Mike. I wouldn't say their seed is cheep but it is great seed. I doubt you will find any cheap good seed for spring planting. But these guys usually save some seed for people wanting seed for spring planting.
