I was wondering if anyone knew where to sell \"special\" roots in Indiana. eBay is out--I asked the DNR and they very clearly told me it was illegal to sell there. He said it has to be someone with an IN license, and gave me a list but I can't get ahold of any of those people. Does anyone have any ideas for around here?? I hate to sell the really old roots and the man roots for pound $...they just get crushed.
You need to check on getting your license. I know in kentucky all u got to do is feel out the application and have it notarized then mail it in. Check with your department of agriculture i know that is who handles our ginseng program. Hope i helped some.
Each ginseng program is handled differently state to state. It's always best to check directly with the agency in charge to see exactly how to handle the paperwork and marketing.
