Having them for supper tonight Chief.
Last night we ate the last of the deer meat from last years season... grilled deer tenderloin, seasoned well, covered in A1, wrapped in bacon... grilled to perfection (Med-Rare) oh man it was good.
Tonight it is Blackened Bass Filets, hushpuppies and taters.
When I was a kid, I would say that 50% or more of the meat we ate we killed or caught ...
I still do as much of that as I can. Love it.
