Called my buyer in Grayson ky he went from 465 last week to 525 this week. Going up folks hold out a little longer if possible.

yes, I always wait till after thanksgiving anyways.....a lot of people I think have the robotic,eyes staring forward response of \"my ginseng is dry must sell immediately\" lol

Yeah this is only my second year digging never knew what I was missing out on, hunted every animal in my area mushrooms etc. But never seng it's a close second to whitetail hunting in my opinion, but yeah i sold late October last year at 725 thinking it may go down. But the more I talked to veteran diggers I learned it peaks around Thanksgiving generally. This year I'm gonna hold out for black Friday it's all for Christmas for the kids anyway. Also kept around 4 ounces back for consumption. And I have to say I can tell a difference in how I feel. And I can Ho eslty say even if it was worth next to nothing I beleive I would still hunt it nothing like it. Sorry got a little of track
