I dug a huge root today close to 3 oz and I Neff to know if I need to keep it green or let dry and if I need to sell it by itself.

thats a nice root one i would be proud to have anyday..but my no means huge..i personally would dry it out and sell it with my other..but im old school i dont know how they do it nowadays i dug a 5oz root last wed and its drying with the rest of mine
