We're considering planting ginseng in our side yard, but after reading the requirements I'm not so sure!
Illinois regs say that you need a year-long $25.50 grower's license if you grow cultivated ginseng. Does that apply to every year the plant is growing on my property or just the years that I'm harvesting?
