is it leagle to sell ginseng on ebay,i thought you had to sell it in the state it was dug in.

rob It is diffrent from state to state. My d.n.r friend said if your selling one or two real good roots they probly would never bother you. If they see ya selling pounds or larger quanites with out being licensed they WILL come and take your digging licens and fine you BIG. At least here in IL anyway.
