I have a question I am going to buy my ginseng license for Kentucky I am going to buy green roots in September when I buy it can I put the roots back in the ground do I have to have some type of proof what I done with it any help would be much appreciated

ky hilldigger,

The green ginseng on your purchase records will need to be certified that they are legally harvested ( the roots you are going to keep ) Once the are certified you are good to go.
