FWHedrick Offline Fresh Boarder Posts: 19	Belchers in Caldwell is paying $650. Cooks from the old Anglers roost is paying $700. Tony Coffman is supposed to be between $700 and $800. I'm a biologist so I roamed a lot of coal mining properties back in the day trying to get permits for them.
