I have a couple of what I consider to be special roots this year.
Both had double tops (two - 3 prong tops) and quite a bit of age to them - 30-40 years at least. They both have a original root with a long root neck that branches over to a place where a whole new set of roots developed, and double tops. That makes them special to me.
I would consider a special price for them (4 x market price) but I sort of have my heart set on eating them myself now - would be hard to let em go.
They are complete with all root hairs and have dried out nicely.
I have several other small roots with age picked out for keeping and eating too.
