TOPIC: Hardings seed order in - a few have tails...

I talked to Larry on Monday and he said he was shipping my 1 lb order of seed that day and he had just dug them up from a big sand pile where he had them burried.

I got them in today.

They look good, smell good.

This is the first batch I have got that actually had a few that were advanced enough in sprouting to have tails.

Looking at the pound bag I found something like 10 that had tails like this.

Think I will pick all of those out and plant them in a spot by themselves where I can be extra careful with them.

Man it sure has been nice weather here this week - getting up in the mid 60's and sunny. I will be scratching around in the woods again soon !
