As you may or may not know it is illeagal in iowa to take berries off site so i was wondering if its ok to take and plant the rootlets. That would be better than seeds any way right??
thats a good question. I really don't know the answer but u should be able to find out through the department of agriculture or some other dept. I know other states are different. I know in West Virginia the division of forestry handles it. And in ky its agriculture. But i do know wildcrafting is better anyways, thats how my patch got started back in the eighties.
