Hey guys, I havent posted in a while, i have been doing a few experiments. I had quite a few peduncles "berry stems", that were getting covered with the white aphids, looked like it was wrapped with cotton, I used a mixture of 1 oz of neem oil per gallon of water in my low pressure pump sprayer. I sprayed them 3 weeks ago and they havent returned. Just wanted to share.
