My son and I finished planting the last few pounds of seed for the year. Tried a wetter area with lots of ferns and them big salamanders with the black bodies and white spots. I should try growin them.
We got almost 14 pounds of seed this year from our plants, thats a record. If I could find out whats eatin them I'd get 16 easy.
Well deer season opened on monday and that means stay out of the bush. Last year some poor bugger got shoot on his own land while hunting in his blaze orange jacket. This was just over in the next county, no one has came forward yet.
I'll try huntin a few days and hang out around my patch shootin squirels and their little cousins, and maybe a big buck.
