TOPIC: 6 and 7 year olds

I found a bunch of goldenseal the other day. What can I do with it besides digging it? Do you use it in tea's or food?

While I\"m certainly no herbalist, there are several things for which you can use goldenseal because it has antibacterial and antiseptic properties.

One thing I've used it for is to help with canker sores. Just mix up a little into a paste and put it inside your mouth against the sore. It tastes worse than I would imagine dog @@@@ would taste...but it does work.
