my question is i planted seeds last fall and the seedlings are way to close can they be transplanted in the fall all so Thanks

You should ONLY transplant ginseng in the fall. If you want to transplant this fall, you can, but I think I would maybe wait until next fall to transplant them. I don't know how thick you have them planted, but in raised beds with some fungicide help, I can raise roots very thick (over 50 per sq ft) until they are two years old.
