I purchased ginseng seed and now I need find out \"the best location\" for growing ginseng. I have 10 acre wooded lot in state of Ohio and have from extremely sloped to flat areas. Seems like I have no such so called wet land, any suggestion out there?

There are a lot of factors to picking a site. Usually (but not necessarily) a North- East facing slope. Look for other plants in the area such as, bloodroot, snake root, dolls eye, trillium, Christmas fern. The site should have between 50 -80% shade but, there has to be plant life on the forest floor. If it is too dark for other things, it's too dark for sang. It needs shade but, it also needs sunlight. Check with OSU for more information. If they do not have what you need look up PADCNR and do a search for ginseng on their site. They have a lot of information. Anything written by Eric Burkhart is good info.
