TOPIC: Bueatiful day - Southern Middle TN - Pictures

A few pictures I took today 4/20/2013 around my place.

First a nice dogwood- I mean in full bloom now - it is in the field just to the left of my garden.

Next some Potatoes pushing out in my garden...

Some lettuce and musclin mix coming on...

My grape vines...

I think this is the 4th year on these vines, should get a few grapes this year.

Got just a very few last year and man they were good.

A nice 4 pushing his way up and out in my seed bed...

There are several up in my seed bed now, but they are still shrivvled up and uncurling...

Takes them a few weeks to completely unroll and fill out.



Got a little nippy here last night - it was 38 degrees just after sunup this morning.

Started off cool but sure turned out nice with lots of sunshine and warmed up nicely this evening.

Got some good rain last night and tomorrow after Church... hope I can find a few morels on these hillsides around home.

Going to give it a try anyway.

Excellent care and pictures of your vegetables and fruit. Your seed bed is a model for others to follow as well. I enjoy it every time I open up one of your post. Keep them coming throughout the season.
