Well Maya, I'm not sure where I'm buying at this point but I can sure tell you where to stay away from....
Glacial ginseng
The man and woman that run it are out-right crooked.
For one, a friend of mine which is a member of this forum bought several pound of seed from them which he noticed was full of sand, after cleaning the seed he realized he actually paid for one pound of sand.
To this day they owe me $150 for shipping charges of fresh root I sold them and will not pay, answer my phone calls, emails or anything. I knew they were dishonest right off the the bat.... When they requested the root they said they needed it for a planting for a customer and needed \"x\" amount of root. When I had gathered it up and was preparing to ship we talked again and they spoke of being glad I was able to get it so fast due to another customer wanted twenty pound as well. Oh, ok, so you need twenty pound more I said. No, we'll skim it off the other customers order, we're planting it anyway, they'll never know, she said. Twenty pound of root is alot to short someone, its not \"shorting\" its \"stealing\" .
Long story short, we were unsure of shipping charges for the root so they sent the payment for the roots first with an agreement to pay the shipping charges after they were shipped. The money has never arrived and they have done their best to dodge me. I even told them I would take seed as payment but still they avoided me.
Imho, they are short sighted and ignorant enough to try and make a crooked dollar when in the end it has cost them an honest twenty. They are what causes honest business folk to have to be so unnecessarilly cautious. I don't mean to rant and raive but there is no point in you fellas having to possibly find it out on your own if you don't have to.
