I thought this was pretty cool, and it shows just how much the ginseng growing trend is catching on. The N.C. Cooperative Extension Service is offering classes to learn the art of growing ginseng. I know I will be there, if you live near western nc and learn to grown ginseng click the link below and scroll to the second article
