TOPIC: Clearin the floor

Hey all hows it goin.
I have bout 2 acres or so of woods and I've always hunted sang in it and still has some(bout 15 plants), anyway I know it will grow it but I was wondering, the forrest floor is almost like another canopy about a foot tall, now like I said there is still a few plants growin there they made it but not as many as I expected cuz 5 years ago before I joined the Corps i planted about 4 or 5 times that much, so I'm thinkn its because of all the growth and just those lucky 15 made, not to mention the mayapples have expanded greatly in the last 4 years. So anyhow, should I just clear as much of it as possible or just got ahead get some seed and plant. Hew to the folks from Indiana I live in Cass Co.
