Hey i live in ky also in pike county. And i know of no one who sells seed in Ky. I haven't been buying seed for a long period of time though. Just go to any search engine and type in ginseng seeds and they are a lot of websites that are devoted to selling seeds. Also on this forum they are a lot of knowledgeable people who can give you some good advice on who to buy seeds from and who not to. Hope i have helped.
I live in missouri and I buy my seeds from ozark mountain ginseng.I have had good luck with his seeds germinating-probably 90%.He is located in southern missouri.Also have bought seeds from scott persons-tuckasagee valley ginseng and had good luck with his also.They are both pretty high,but have good seeds.
