TOPIC: Dry season in my area...

It's been really dry the past three months where I'm at in West Virginia. Very little if any rain fall most weeks. My established four year old seed bed looks pretty sad and it looks like maybe only 10% of the experimental Spring seed I planted came up. Anyone else having a crappy, discouraging season?

Ugh, nevermind, I just read the Seed Bed Disaster - new plantings -some wild seng thread. Sorry to hear that others are having the same crappy luck.

What part of WV are you located in? I am planning on heading in on 9/3 to do some senging on my property there? It's located in Fayette County.

It's been dry in many, many places. My home bed is very sorry looking... however the mountain patch isn't that dry. I just wish that I'd had better germination there.
