I have some ginseng roots I planted in a Large pot. I kept them in a cold room of my house. Recently two Sprouted. Will they be alright now. It is, I think a little earlier than I wanted them too appear. What do you think will happen? Also should I get the others outside in the ground and cover them thickly with leaves for awhile longer. The ones outside are under Oak leaves which I plan to pull back when I get the shade they need to grow. Any advice would be appreaciated. Thanks. If possible I would like to find some for personal use. And let mine get more mature before I use them. I have heard you could use the leaves for a tea. I may clip a few leaves to try. Would that be wise?
