TOPIC: Berry update from seed producing bed

I have been checking my seed producing bed at weeks end each week and on June 9 found the first berry developed on a flower spike.

A week later it had 6 berries, and today I counted about a dozen with many more blooms just starting to swell up to make berries.

Here is the pic from June 9 with 1 berry on.

Here is what it looked like last Friday - around 6 berries developed.

And here is the pic from this Friday evening..

PS - we had a bad hot / dry spell early June, but the past week and half have had some decent temps and lots of good rain showers too.

Expect that will help the wild seng, as it is helping my seed bed.

Nice to have some good rain just as those berries are starting to develop.

Some of the other nice plants in my seed bed are putting on berries now too, even some of my local seng has berries developed now.

Here is a nice little 4 prong that has a good wad of berries developing.

And one last pic of the entire bed.

They are looking happy with their new home with all plants doing well.

One exception - had a storm the other day that blew a limb out of a tree overhead and broke the stem on one of my nice 3 prongs in the bed. The top is still hanging on but the stem was bent and damaged and the leaves are yellowing some. Sort of doubt it will produce berries now, but will just have to wait and see.

This is a pic of a few of my 2 year old plants in one of my beds that had great germination.

OK let me try that again. I have a new phone and had to adjust the pics. This should be a couple of my 2 year old's below.
