That is great latt. Those r the only mushrooms i haven't found n want so bad.

Should be Miatake season soon. Going out this weekend to look around. Found those beauties 1 year ago shown in my pic above. We got rain today and nights are getting cooler. They may be up. They weren't up last week but 1 week makes a big difference.

Edited my post. Went out this am and found them just beginning to grow on the oaks. Should be a week or so from now depending on the weather. Nights are going to be in the mid to high 50's this coming week which should help.

ours don't show up till oct.

That's interesting. Weather sure is a big factor. I have found them as early as late Aug and as late as early Nov. Mid Sept to mid Oct seems to be the best time frame around here though.
