TOPIC: anyone know what this is

Latt, Yes the summer mushrooms are in full force now in NEPA I've been picking heavy the last three weeks. Been hitting trumpets, smooth chants, true chants, and footed chants with some king boletes mixed in. I love eating the kings raw and most don't make it home.LOL. The weather has just been spot on for summmer flushing mushrooms. The area's I target are trails and dirt roads where drain water is casted into a oak wooded area with moss on the banks. Found two like this. Both 16 to 18 inches across. Apparently growing from a tree root underneath. Too low to see the underside. Never seen such large ones or growing like this. G. Applanatum?

I found 3 like this last week. Same size as yours about 18 inches across. They were growing off the base of a tree root. The underside had tooth like pores like the small edible hedgehog mushroom. But I do not think it is a G Applantum. Not sure what the heck they are. I have never seen one before and the pores are strange and tooth like.
