TOPIC: Any Mushroom Growers

Helps with the winter blues.

I believe it goes in order from Shitake, Blue Oysters, Lions Mane, regular oysters and the last pic you have me stumped. I have not grown any thus far but I am in the process of making my own Mic Run with oysters. Looks like you have some nice growth on those. Did you start any of these yourself or did you by the kits? Are you going to keep them going?

Latt the last pic is Ganoderma Lucidum (Reishi) antler not a conk. They are from liquid cultures and tissue transfers on agar. Do most of mycelium runs on agar and transfers to spawn then substrates for fruiting. I have a culture library on slants and just do a transfer to agar when I want to grow a given strain.

That is too cool. How do you store the slants in your culture library for future use?

I used to grow magic shroom when I was a teen. Grew for all the wrong reasons.

Latt I store them in the refrigerator do a once a year master transfer to keep them fresh.
