dry vs wet 10 years 8 months ago #23130

which would be the best way to sell black cohosh dry or wet. i know i can get 3 dollars a pound dry. and like 80 or 90 cents wet. which do you reckon would be the best way and yield the most potential profit thanks

I always dry my roots, I think you make more dry than wet. I built drying trays out of 1x4 s and rabbit wire for the bottoms and it works well.

Got to watch it and not let it mold. I had some snuck up and molded on me and took it to sell . had to bring it back home and wash it with Clorox and air dried it till the next day then sold it. I took 10 lb two sets to see what would happen and the dried turned to 3 or 4 lbs seem like. been a couple yrs ago. if you need fast money then green but I go with dried.
