Hey guys,
I made it through the surgery in good shape. The surgeon(shoulder specialist) said that the surgery went better than he expected.
Because I live about two hours from the hospital, they kept me over night to monitor the pain. The pain does not seem as bad as the first surgery back in Jan. So for now it's pain meds and 5-6 weeks in a sling and lots of prayer, then many weeks of building up the strength in my shoulder. Sitting around the house is a difficult thing for me! Especially during the winter months, when for awhile I can't take a chance of slipping on some ice or snow outside. It's like strapping myself to the seat on a jet airplane for a couple of months.
I have faith that the Lord will heal it back to a strong shoulder once again, so I can start working and do my favorite hobby, ginseng. It's been comforting to know I have friends like you all, keeping me in your thoughts and prayers. It's no little thing.
God Bless every one of you!
Thanks,
