TOPIC: Selling ginseng and seed that you have planted

Hi, my question is about selling roots and seeds from plants that you have planted from seeds you bought. I have some seedlings coming up and I plan to plant more on our land. I know what the laws in my home state of IN are for selling wild roots and that you have to plant the seeds in the vicinity of the plants that you dug. Do you have to keep a catalog or something of the seeds you have bought to be able to sell the seeds from those plants? The same question applies to rootlets if I want to sell them. Has anybody run into this issue?
