Dad and I have transplanted hundreds of Ginseng this way and 99% have and still are growing healthy and strong. I'm sure there is more than one way to transplant sang. This is how we did it. My dad died of lung cancer in 07. Now I do this as a hobby. Its a trip to go in the areas where he planted sang knowing his hands touched these plants. That he took his time and thoughts for each plant. Its never been the same. I'm thinking maybe one day my grandsons might get into this. They're not ready yet, have to wait for them to settle down first. Anyway, have fun and plant the berries. Also leave the little ones for the future.
