can any one tell me what kind of tree or bush this i thought it was a maple tree but thats not what it is all so can some one recommend a good wild plant / herb identification guide Thanks

i am not for sure but it looks like fox grape leaves to me. the fruit itself looks a little strange and the amount of them. normallyy has more on them.

I've never seen this personally, but from google images, I'd have to agree with this identification. If those are correct, I'd agree with this assessment. It's the shape of the berries - those don't match up to the currant pictures and of course the shape of the leaves are very maple-ish in the first picture.
