All 2013-14 ginseng dealer applications received prior to August 23 have either their packets or a response (incomplete application) in the mail today.

Kentucky dealers - I have the appointment scheduling system, for now, updated and live.

The downside is that you must have a Google/gmail account and use the Google calendar. I'm working on different way to work around the only-google part, but haven't found a solution I like, just yet. However, this is the exact same system I used last year. Please make sure on your google calendar, you have the correct time zone set. Office hours are from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, eastern time.

As last year, appointments are in 90 minute blocks. Please allow for one hour per 100 pounds of root, and 30 minutes for a root count.

What was last year like?

Being I am an office of one, I'm always busy! LOL

It was busy, but with the time management policies I've put into place, it's helped, at least on my end, to get paperwork out more timely.

ETA: yes, my name is changed. trying to get this tied more to the work side of things. Don't worry, I'm still the same ole bureaucrat.
