It is not ginseng, I believe it is a relative of Jack-in-the-Pulpit called green dragon. You can look it up on google, the small 3 leaves of both plants are very similar, when older they are different. Ginseng 3 leaf plants will be smaller 1-3 inches tall, 2-3 inches wide, and saw toothed. Ginseng will grow in similar locations to the above plants however.
