TOPIC: wv hunters

Im in the eastern panhandle of wv. berkeley county.
Any one here in this area? Just started rootin last year. I have found a good bit of golden seal,virginia snakeroot, solomons and yams but no seng yet. good luck to all.

Just trolling the posts. I am here in Berkley county less than a mile from the Jefferson co line off rt. 45.

I have found seng here (mostly over in Jefferson) years ago. There's still some around, but it's hard to find permission.

I still havnt found any here or in jefferson co.
Was working over in berkeley springs and may be able to do some diggin over there.Do you dig anything besides seng?

I have dug some bloodroot and black cohosh and goldenseal. I haven't come across goldenseal in a while. I know wheere some is, but no longer have permission.


I met some guys who had permission on West Vaco (sp) land I think over near Paw PaW, but other than that, the pickings are slim around hee. Berkley Springs may have more to offer.
