TOPIC: Green Seng

Green Seng 6 years 11 months ago #38633

Hello boarders! Does any one know some tricks to keeping your seng green?
I heard something about some wet moss in a plastic storage container.
Ive heard of damp paper towel in a ziplock bag. Just looking for some comments and personal experience accounts.

Thanks!

I put wet paper towel at bottom of plastic bag n close it n keep it in the fridge n check it once a week. Keeps good for 4 weeks

My buddy and I put some roots in mid Sept in a paper bag with dirt and leaf litter. He watered it sparingly for a couple weeks and forgot about it. In late Nov-ish he said he checked on the roots in the basement and they looked great. The growth bud doubled in size. He planted them then. They grew great the next spring.

I have tried Hobblers way too and it works great.
