Todays Walk 5 Hours 1279grams 10 years 1 month ago #31992

Todays walk amongst the yellow beauties netted 1279 grams wet in 5 hours today.

The son and I had a really relaxing day digging and great weather. Planted a easy 3/4lbs seed while finding & digging these.

Pretty normal day for us really. We easily covered and left enough to make at least 3 times this pile. Those left behind get to grow on for future years while adding more seed to the area and we generally always find at least 100-200grams a hour every time we go out because of what we Leave behind.

I agree, I agree, I agree! 45.115 ounces of seng in 5 hours would make anyone's book.

Frank

thanks guys. We really wish the yield were more as we dug 2-5 prong, 47 4-prongs and a lot of really big 3's plus some stunted 10-20 year old that could of gone another 10-20 and not changed much in size.( Laid down and covered another 153 4's though and no count on the # of 1-3 prongs we were covering ). If the 47-4's & 2-5's had yielded just a 1 oz each that would've been 49 ounces alone. But here in our area most everything is ball, or thumb root with the ever occasional knarly fingers.
