hey guys i have seen a few peolpe selling fresh dug ginseng on the internet i thought you couldnt dig it or sell it untill season starts in September Thanks

That is generally the deal. I don't know what their story is, so can't say if they are selling roots leagally or not. However, it might be they are misrepresenting what they are selling also. I have no idea who or what is being sold and am only speculating here as to possibilities ;)
