TOPIC: About gone here in E central Illinois

Season was about gone before it even started here. Still finding a few in woods with heavy undergrowth.

well I thought I would add some photos but not having any luck.

This one had two very healthy and large 4prongs as well as a large 3prong on on it. I found a few yesterday with a berries or two on it but over all it's over here in Crawford co. IL. I'm hopping that will drive the price up this year. It was so dry here this summer, most of it burnt up before season started.

I live in Palestine. you are close if you are 35 mils east of Eff. You been having the same problem we are? DRY DRY DRY.

Ya huge,,its just like you said..the plants were hurting when season came in..I hunted the bigger woods for about 10 days and I figure it was 75% gone.switched over to smaller patches with a lot of undergrowth and found they were holding up better in the brush..when we did get it rain ,all it did was beat the leaves off the ones that were yellow..

Well maybe we will get lucky and it will drive the price way up like a few years ago.. Have you herd a starting price yet?
