TOPIC: My boy and I did some scouting today

I'm also in sw pa. I wish they would change the season to at least the third week of august. Need to give those seeds a chance. I haven't had much luck scouting this season. One of my spots has almost no plants left. I think someone poached them. It's strange that they were there in the spring now most 90 percent are gone. Couple other spots look real good though. I also made a deal with a landowner to plant a few acres. Just have to get rid of the poison ivy. Good luck to you and Ur son.

I seen this post the other day.The area I'm in is hard to find seng.So I headed down to Armstrong county.It's like home-sweet-home.It didn't take too long before I found them.It was nice to visit the old grounds.When I go back in sept I'm going to take the few 4 prongers I found.The small 3's I'm take'n for transplant for here.By then I'll have some seed to put back in that area too.
