I went to check out some of my beds and all the tops had dropped off.
So I didn't dig any, I haven't checked any in a few years....just letting them go and grow. I find it's easier, out of sight, out of mind.

-that is a good sized two year old root. I rarely have them grow that fast, you found some good ground.

TNhunter, I noticed in some of your vids on Youtube there are lots of Sassafras seedlings where you planted. Is Sassafras a good indicator of places Ginseng will do well?

Ittiz,
Check this out.

By the way, I like to see Sassafras saplings. It seems to be a good indicator plant to me more often than not.
