I drove to the mountains today to see if any of the seeds of Wild Tennessee Ginseng has started turning yet. Here are some pictures of the Tenn. ginseng and then some of the Wild Kentucky ginseng. It looks like they will ripen just as the season opens.

I started harvesting plants that are falling over at my house yesterday. My wife made her first ginseng tea with some yesterday.
